The conference venue is located on the beautiful banks of the South Saskatchewan River, in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, at the Delta Downtown Saskatoon Hotel. This is a centrally located venue that is a close walk to many amenities including the Saskatoon downtown, its pathways and parks, the mighty river, and many local businesses including shops, cafes, restaurants and more. It is only a short 15-minute drive from the airport.

Our conferences are dedicated to maintaining the vis of our medicine, and we aim to provide high quality education for our dedicated doctors, re-connecting attendees with the grassroots origins of the profession, while also appreciating the emerging research and trends in medicine, and healing. This year we are offering a new level of sponsorship! In the past, we have had several of our generous sponsors involved in BOTH the purchase of a spot in the tradeshow AND support the hiring of our speakers, and this year we decided to provide you an opportunity to do both, for one price.
For $3495 +taxes you can SPONSOR A SPEAKER and receive a Silver Booth, included in the sponsorship price. This means that your company will be recognized numerous times throughout the weekend, profiled in the virtual conference booklet, and on our website, and will have the opportunity to introduce your speaker on behalf of your company. The additional funds will go towards speaker meals and accommodations. Travel expenses and honorarium for the speaker are not included in speaker sponsorship.
